At P&C Laser anengraving, all of our products are custom-made to order. Each item is individually engraved based on the design or image provided by the customer.


Because of the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the design once the order has been completed.


Please note:


  • Engraved results may vary slightly from the original image provided. Differences can occur due to material, engraving techniques, and image quality.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the final product may not appear exactly the same as the digital preview or submitted image.

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Submit high-quality images for the best engraving results
  • Carefully review all details before placing an order

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pclaserengraving@hotmail.com We will review the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.


We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, but we are committed to ensuring you receive the correct item in good condition.
